1. For Serial No. 01 to 12 (as per advertisement), please submit application online on www.techandresearch.com by 22 Jun 2020.

2. For Serial No. 13 to 14 (as per advertisement), please send applications on the application form (available on www.techandresearch.com) along with one passport size photograph, attested copies of all educational certificates, experience certificates, HTV driving license (for Driver-III only) and domicile to GENERAL MANAGER (HR), P.O. BOX 3375 GPO, ISLAMABAD by 22 Jun 2020. Please clearly mention Serial No. of the Post / Discipline on the top right corner of the envelope.

3. Where the prescribed qualification is 1st Div in the Final Degree, Only one 2nd Div (with not less than 50% marks) in entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable for eligibility. However, no 3rd Div is allowed in entire academic career.

4. First Class / 1st Div for a degree means CGPA 2.5/4.0 for semester system or minimum of 60% marks for annual system of examination.

5. All degrees/diplomas and certificates must be obtained from HEC/PEC recognized universities / institutions / boards. For O-Level/A-Level, an equivalence certificate from the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), and for Foreign degree, equivalence certificate issued by HEC showing division/percentage/CGPA must be provided. For serial no. 01 to 12  (as per advertisement) provide the score online.

6. Post qualification experience means experience gained after the completion date of final degree required for the post.

7. Age limit is 18 to 35 years on 22 Jun 2020. However, upper age limit shall be relaxed in case of Government servant / Ex-Serviceman in accordance with rules.

8. All requirements i.e. degrees, experience, courses etc. must be completed by closing date of advertisement.

9. Those in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body service should apply through proper channel.

10. Please note that fulfilling the selection criteria does not guarantee short listing. If large number of applicants meet selection criteria, only the most qualified / experienced would be short listed.

Note: 

1. For all aforementioned posts only one 2nd division (not less than 50%) is allowed in entire academic career.Final degrees must be in 1st Division (CGPA 2.5/4.00 in semester system and 60% marks in annual system). Moreover, 3rd Division in entire academic career will not be allowed for any post. 
2. Suitably qualified candidates having relevant experience will be offered ATTRACTIVE PAY PACKAGE. 
3. Relevant experience means the experience that is obtained after final qualification for required post. 
4. The upper age limit is 35 years. Relaxation in age limit can be provided on the basis of experienceand relevance. 
5. Only short listed candidates who possess degrees/diploma duly recognized by the Pakistan Engineering Council/Higher Education Commission/Board of Technical Education issued by approved universities/institutes/boards will be called for written test/interview. O-Level/A-Level equivalency certificates issued by Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC) and foreign qualification equivalency certificates issued by HEC clearly mentioning Division/%age / CGPA will have to be produced at the time of interview.

Instructions

A progressive public sector organization requires the services of following professionals. Interested candidates who fulfill the required criteria for posts at Sr. # 1 to 34 may apply online at www.techandresearch.com latest by 08th February, 2021. Note: 
1. For posts at Sr. No.1 to 33, where the prescribed qualification is 1st Class in final degree (CGPA 2.5/4.00 in semester system and 60% marks in annual system), only one 2nd division (not less than 50%) is allowed in entire academic career. For post at Sr. No.15, only two 2nd Divs from matric onwards are allowed. Moreover, 3rd Division in entire academic career will not be allowed for any post. 
2. The posts are purely contractual but are likely to be continued. Suitably qualified candidates having relevant experience will be offered ATTRACTIVE PAY PACKAGE. Relevant experience means the experience that is obtained after final qualification for required post. 
3. Only Pakistani Nationals having minimum 18 years and upto 35 years of age can apply. Relaxation in age limit can be provided on the basis of experience and relevance. 
4. Only most suitable candidates possessing degrees/diploma duly recognized by the Pakistan Engineering Council/Higher Education Commission/Board of Technical Education issued by approved universities/institutes/boards will be called for written test/interview. O-Level/A-Level equivalency certificates issued by Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC) and foreign qualification equivalency certificates issued by HEC clearly mentioning Division/%age / CGPA will have to be produced at the time of interview. 
5. Candidates with only relevant qualification/field of study/experience will be considered eligible. Candidates must clearly mention details of relevant experience in their CV’s / Applications. 
6. Candidates will be declared disqualified in case of fake/tampered entries. 
7. Candidates already serving in government / semi government departments should apply through proper channel. NOC at the time of Test / Interview will be the basic requirement for such candidates. 
8. Selected candidates can be appointed anywhere in Pakistan, however, initially all the candidates are likely to be placed / appointed in Islamabad. 
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/ interview.
